Chalk this one up as a rather unorthodox method of making an announcement for Nintendo Switch. Remember Rayman Legends? The fantastic platformer from Ubisoft that made it onto every console known to man? Well it appears the previously announced Switch version has a release date, well at least according to the European Nintendo eShop.
The game’s details were updated with a September 12th release date, (a Tuesday bear in mind) along with a playable demo of the adventure too. The demo has since been removed from the store and original vague text put back into place but it seems this is likely the date to expect.
The Switch version labelled Definitive Edition will include extra modes for the game’s football side-mode.
